Unique Recruiting Services was founded as an alternative to traditional contingency based services that put more emphasis on the recruiter getting paid vs. finding quality candidates for the employer. 

There is no recycling of candidates who will make a change for the next highest bidder. We focus on candidates who are dissatisfied with their present situation and are looking for alternatives. 

Each search we perform is customized and unique for each of our clients. We act as if we are a key executive in your firm who is devoting their time and energy to the search. 

Our fee based service is also significantly less costly than a contingency recruiter. We don’t offer any guarantees, but our 90%+ success rate should give you comfort.  

If the candidate that you hire should leave your firm for any reason within the first 6 months of employment, we will reinstate the search for a nominal additional fee.
